| Vaccination Requirements |
| All guests must have a current vaccination certificate to be valid for the period of stay and not more recent than seven days prior to coming into the cattery. Vaccinations certificates need to be produced that show protection against feline enteritis, rhinotracheitis and calivcivirus within the previous twelve months. |

| Dietary Requirements |
| We feed premium brand foods such as Iams, Eukanuba, and Hills Science diet catering for all life stages such as kitten, adult, senior, lite, oral care and hairball diets. Whiskers and Chef tinned food or fresh meat are also provided however should your cat’s have a special dietary need, please bring this along with you as we will happily feed this to your cat’s. |

| Grooming |
| All semi and longhaired cats are groomed daily and any short haired cat that feels like a wee fluff up. This is a very special time to get to know your cat’s and likewise for them to know us and it is usually enjoyed by all. |

| Heating |
| As all our guests arrive in their own designer coats, heating is not required all year round however the Christchurch winters can be very cold so we have a log burner operating 24 – 7 during the colder months. We also supply warm hotties for the very old and very young as required for extra comfort. |
|
| Medication |
| We are happy to administer medication supplied that your cat requires and we do not charge for this service exempt in extreme circumstances. |
|
| Veterinary Care |
|
Should your cat/s require any veterinary care during their stay we endeavor to use your preferred Vet where possible. However in an emergency we would use our competent on call vets Marshall & Pringle’ of Kaiapoi. www.petmed.co.nz

| Payment |
Payment is required in full on pick up by cash or cheque.
We do not have credit card or Eftpos facilities. Long term stays, payment arrangements to be made. |

| Terms and Conditions |
- All owners are required to produce a current vaccination certificate prior to acceptance into the cattery.
- The owner agrees to provide all information relating to medical/dietary or behavioral needs or changes to such for each stay.
- It is our policy to arrange veterinarian advice / treatment at the owners expense should it be considered necessary to do so and act upon the advice of the vet in ensuring well being at all times.
- If a cat in our care has parasites present, ( worms, fleas ) these will be treated at the owners expense to ensure the comfort of our guests and others in the cattery environment.
- All charges are on a per day basis and payment is by cheque or cash on pickup. Long term stays, payment terms to be arranged.
- We reserve the right to charge for the days booked on later drop offs or earlier pickups.
- Country Cats will take full care but will not be held responsible for any illness, loss, injury or death for any reason whatsoever.
